TENDER UNDERWAY
This project will transform a house into three apartments located in Lille.
Work will be completed in one phase. The client wants to begin work in February 2011 for a total of 5 months. The goal being that work is completed before the summer break so that the apartments are rented for the academic year 2011.
The units are broken down into lots of areas from 20 m² to 30 m².
The insulation will be redone on the entire building.
bathrooms and kitchenettes are fully refurbished and redistributed.
Electricity and plumbing will be refurbished.
