A Carnin in the former brewery became Ledoux textile workshops Group Descamps, La Théroane is a collection of 10 loft-style apartments for rent ranging from studio to F3, from 38 to 102 m2.

The objective was to preserve the charm of the old (brick, original beams, volumes) and contemporary trends (open apartments with double exposure, combination metal and wood).
