Program in a former hosiery factory in the late 19th century. The project is therefore to preserve and redevelop existing properties. To provide maximum light in future homes, the street side arches were entirely windows and openings are created in the garden a blind wall behind. Large terraces and balconies with hardwood railings walkway embellish homes. Six private gardens will be created. These 30 lofts are broken down into lots of areas ranging from 65m ² 166m ².

Houdain: CONSTRUCTION SHOP FOR FLOWERS 800m ²

The project involves the reconstruction of the flower shop to Rogeau Houdain.

The building forms a large elongated hall of 700 square meters, the trusses are exposed and large openings in the roof let in natural light and fresh on the market. A concrete slab quartz has been performed on the entire building.
