Program in a former hosiery factory in the late 19th century. The project is therefore to preserve and redevelop existing properties. To provide maximum light in future homes, the street side arches were entirely windows and openings are created in the garden a blind wall behind. Large terraces and balconies with hardwood railings walkway embellish homes. Six private gardens will be created. These 30 lofts are broken down into lots of areas ranging from 65m ² 166m ².
