How To Do Up Double Buckle Belt

against breakage of public service education, require the means to success for all

On Saint-Denis, every day we see the consequences the dismantling of public service education by the government in terms of teachers not replaced, unequal access to quality education and increasing school failure.
I will therefore present at the national event at the initiative of education staff and national federations of parents and I invite you to do the same:
this Saturday, January 22 at 14:30
from Luxembourg to the Ministry of Education
Here following the release by the city of Saint-Denis calling for the event.

At the next school year, 546 posts of National Education will be deleted in our Academy: 120 in kindergarten and elementary (although 2160 extra students are expected) and 426 job cuts at colleges and high schools. Yet in Saint-Denis is missing already two school psychologists, 6 specialist teachers (RASED), 4 and 4 therapists school doctors. Our children are records of days without classes, lack of replacement teachers. And boarding educational success of Meriel, designed and implemented in consultation with the Academic Inspectorate total to prevent school dropout, would abruptly shut its doors a few months because of the reduction for 2011 of 70% of grants paid by the State .

Since 2007, the government has stepped up reforms murderous
- mass deletion of posts: 50000 since 2007, 16 000 coming in 2011
- deletion of the initial teacher training with the closure of their training institutes
- suppression of fact of continuing education by not allowing replacements

France continued the dismantling of its education system
The Minister of Education asked the presidents to take measures to "save jobs" in defiance of the teaching conditions:
- hence raising the thresholds for opening and closing classes,
- the virtual disappearance of the schooling of two to three years
- lower means of support to students in great difficulties,
- the removal of materials and options in college and high school government

These choices lead to the closure of classes and degradation of public education service, which each year is more unable to perform its mission in assisting children in need or simply to replace absent teachers.

policy increasingly unequal
- the PISA report produced in OECD countries describes the French system of "average" because it exacerbates inequalities instead of reducing them;
- ten years number of young people leaving school with a level below the cap has doubled
- a report of Education National PTA establishes the effectiveness affect the locations of additional personnel, to implement innovative practices and teamwork.

other choices are necessary for the success of all

The City encourages all residents to join in the street Workforce Education and federations of parents against the disastrous policies led the government in education. Our children need an education system whose objective is not always cost less, but allow all children access to knowledge. Our children need and right to a democratic school and ambitious, with human means and materials necessary for the success of all.
