This project involves the creation of a common set of 38 homes,
on the town of Ivry-sur-Seine.
the ground floor retail space of 700m ² of floor space is created.
Upstairs, we find 38 homes broken into 7T1, 10T2, 13T3 and 8T4.
On the two levels of basement, 49 parking spaces are created.
At the heart of the plot a green space is created.
